Are buyout, refresh and return options all available at end of the ThinkPad rental term?

At end of tenure you can return (we pickup and data-wipe under NIST 800-88), refresh to the next-generation ThinkPad, or buy out at fair market value — typically 8-15% of original retail for 24-month rentals, locked at signing. Most large enterprises refresh on a 36-month rolling cycle and buy out only for senior-employee retention cases.
