Projector only, or projector with a screen?
The projector-only setup suits a meeting room with a plain, light-coloured wall or a screen already fixed to it. Point the projector at the wall, connect your laptop and you are ready.
Choose the 100-inch tripod screen when the venue has no usable wall: a banquet hall, a rented event space, a terrace, or a living room with patterned walls. That setup is delivered and set up for you.
Check these before the day
- Your laptop's video port. The projector takes an HDMI cable. Many MacBooks and thin laptops have only USB-C ports, so bring a USB-C to HDMI adapter if yours is one of them.
- Wireless or cable. The projector also connects wirelessly, but for a long talk or a video a wired HDMI connection is less likely to drop.
- Light in the room. Any projected picture fades in direct sunlight, so draw the curtains or switch off the lights nearest the screen.
- A power point. Decide where the projector will sit and keep a socket or an extension board within reach.
- Sound. For a large room, plan separate speakers: a projector's own sound, if it has any, will not fill a hall.

We confirm availability and the price before you pay. We reply within 2 hours during working hours (Daily, 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM), with a call or a WhatsApp message.
Delivery or collection
Same-day delivery in Bangalore, or collect it from our Koramangala centre.
Hand it back
Return the projector at the end of the rental with its cables and, if you rented it, the screen.
Questions about projector rental
Does the projector come with a screen?
Only if you choose the projector with the 100-inch tripod screen. The projector-only rental has no screen, so use a plain light wall or your own screen.
Can I rent a projector for just one day?
Yes. Both setups have a day rate and a month rate, shown in the table above.
Can my company rent projectors with a GST invoice?
Yes. Companies are billed on a GST invoice. If you need projectors together with laptops or monitors, ask for a company quote and we price them together.
Do you deliver projectors outside Bangalore?
Rentals for individuals are in Bangalore only. Companies anywhere in India can rent from us; tell us the city when you ask for a quote.
