By using the website or our services, you agree to them.

Your quotation, rental agreement or invoice may set out further terms for a specific order. Where it differs from these general terms, the document for your order applies.

• Companies anywhere in India. Company orders: 5 to 100+ laptops.
• Individuals in Bangalore.

We rent and service laptops, desktops and Microsoft Surface devices, and sell refurbished laptops.

Rental rates are quoted for your model, rental period and quantity. We share quotes by phone or WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only when you accept our quote.

Stock changes. Specifications and availability shown on the website are for information, and your quote confirms what is available. We issue GST invoices.

All rental equipment is subject to availability. The renter is responsible for the safekeeping and condition of the equipment during the rental period.

• KYC: identity verification on our KYC portal is required before any device is handed over, for individuals and companies alike. We may decline a rental if verification cannot be completed.
• Deposit: A security deposit may be required before the handover of equipment. If one applies, it is stated on your quote or agreement.
• Delivery: Same-day delivery in Bangalore, with paid express delivery available. For company orders outside Bangalore, delivery arrangements are confirmed with your quote.
• Damages: Any physical damage, liquid spillage, or loss of equipment will be charged to the renter at the current market value.
• Return: Equipment must be returned on the agreed date. Late returns will incur additional daily charges.
• Your data: remove your files and sign out of your accounts before you return a device.

• Replacement: laptops bought from us come with a 7-day replacement.
• Warranty on refurbished laptops: 6 months standard, extendable to 12 months. What the warranty covers, and how to extend it, is confirmed when you buy.

• If your device is still under its manufacturer’s warranty, check with the manufacturer first.
• The cost depends on the fault and is confirmed after diagnosis.
• Repair warranty: 1 month.

We strive to repair your device to the best of our ability. However, we are not responsible for data loss. Users are strongly advised to backup their data before submitting devices for repair.

From companies we buy used laptops, desktops, monitors, servers, networking equipment and other IT equipment. Individuals in Bangalore can sell us an old laptop. We make an offer for the equipment, and the sale goes ahead only if you accept it.

By selling equipment to us, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to sell it. Remove your data and sign out of your accounts before handover; we wipe storage to NIST SP 800-88 before resale or recycling.
