How is data security handled at end of contract?
Every returned laptop is wiped to NIST SP 800-88 before it is reused or resold, and we can issue a per-device wipe certificate on request. The certificate is evidence your team can file for DPDP Act 2023 and ISO 27001 audits.
Can you pre-configure laptops with our image and MDM?
Yes, on request. Share your Windows or macOS image, or your Intune or Jamf enrolment details, and we prepare the laptops before delivery. The preparation time depends on the image and the quantity, and we confirm it with your quote.
