New laptops first
Rented laptops go through company KYC and are billed monthly on a GST invoice. Refurbished laptops you buy come with 7-day replacement and a warranty of 6 months standard, extendable to 12 months.

Give people time to copy what they need before the old laptops go.
Old laptops collected and wiped
We collect the old laptops from your office in Bangalore, or you drop them at our Koramangala centre. Every drive is wiped to NIST SP 800-88, you get the certificate of data destruction, and payment is by bank transfer.
Rent or buy the replacements?
Renting spreads the cost over the months you use the laptops: you pay monthly against a GST invoice under SAC 997315, and the rate depends on the model, quantity and tenure.
Buying refurbished suits laptops you will keep for years. They come with 7-day replacement and a warranty of 6 months standard, extendable to 12 months.

Do we have to take new laptops from you to sell us the old ones?
No. The buyback stands on its own, and so does the new order.
What happens to the data on the old laptops?
Every drive is wiped to NIST SP 800-88 before the laptop is resold, refurbished or recycled, and you receive one certificate of data destruction for the lot.
Which old equipment do you take?
