Design and creative agencies rent MacBooks and Windows laptops for graphic, UX, motion and 3D designers, and add monitors for larger workspaces. Techvity rents to agencies in Bangalore and to companies anywhere in India from our Bangalore centre, on terms that follow your client retainers.
Agency hardware needs to scale with the project pipeline. Renting means busy months get more laptops and quiet months don't carry the depreciation. When you win a 12-month engagement, you can rent the team's laptops for the same 12 months.
Designers often need a second screen as well as the laptop. Monitors can go on the same order and GST invoice as the laptops.
How design & creative agencies use rented laptops
Brand & Graphic Designers
MacBooks for Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop work.
UX / Product Designers
A laptop plus an external monitor for Figma and prototyping work.
Motion & 2D Animation
Higher-memory laptops for After Effects and animation tools.
3D Artists
High-spec Windows laptops for Blender or Cinema 4D work.
Architects & Interior Designers
AutoCAD and SketchUp on high-spec laptops.

Design & Creative Agencies: frequently asked questions
Which MacBook suits Adobe Creative Cloud designers?
For graphic, UX and brand work, a MacBook with 16GB of memory is a comfortable minimum; motion designers running After Effects benefit from more. Tell us your software and we'll suggest a model from available stock.
Can we rent monitors and other accessories with the laptops?
Monitors can be rented on the same order as the laptops. Ask about pen displays or specific monitor models when you request a quote, and we'll confirm what we can supply.
Can rentals be aligned to client retainer terms?
Yes. You can match the rental term to the client engagement, for example 6 or 12 months. At the end, the laptops come back or move to your next project on a new term.
Are software licences for Adobe, Figma or Cinema 4D included?
No, we supply hardware. Adobe, Figma and Maxon licences stay with your users and are signed in on the rented laptop.
Do you support multi-city design teams?
Yes. We deliver to your offices anywhere in India from Bangalore and invoice from our Karnataka GSTIN to the billing entity you choose. For other cities, we deliver from Bangalore and confirm the delivery timeline with your quote.
Do you buy back our old design laptops and other equipment?
Yes. We buy back laptops, desktops, monitors, servers, networking equipment and other IT equipment from companies, including MacBooks, and wipe every drive to NIST SP 800-88 before resale. The price is quoted per model.
