What projector brightness do I need for a 500-person hall?
For an ambient-lit hall of about 500 people, projectors of 5,000 ANSI lumens or more are usually recommended; a darkened hall needs less. Tell us the hall size and lighting and we'll confirm which of our projectors fits.
Do you rent monitors and projectors as well as laptops?
Yes. Monitors and projectors can be rented with laptops on the same order and the same GST invoice.
What if our event dates change?
Tell us as early as possible. Date changes, and any cancellation terms, are set out in your quote.
