What is the data sanitisation process for end-of-life buyback?
All retired laptops undergo NIST 800-88 Purge-level wipe (3-pass for HDDs, cryptographic erase for SSDs), with serial-level certificates of destruction issued under our ISO 27001-aligned process. We also support physical shredding of SSDs on request — required by some BFSI and pharma GCC parent policies.
