By default we whitelist only the proctoring software (SEB / Talview / Mettl / MeritTrac). All remote-access tools are blacklisted and the laptop is image-frozen. Post-exam, the proctoring image is replaced with a tutor / training image as per your next-window allocation.
Can EdTech rentals scale by exam season (Jan-April peak)?
Yes. We hold seasonal flex inventory specifically for Q1 board-exam mocks, Q3 college-entrance windows and Q4 competitive-exam pushes. Rental contracts can be structured as a 6-month base + flex-up clause for peak windows, locking pricing in advance for predictable budgeting.
Are GST invoices issued state-wise for multi-state EdTech operations?
If you have one centralised GSTIN, we invoice from our Karnataka GSTIN and you claim full IGST credit — most large EdTechs operate this way. For state-registered EdTechs, we can split-invoice from our state-aligned billing entities. HSN 997315 applies on all rental invoices.
