Training institutes, certification labs and coaching centres rent laptop pools for batch sessions, certification exams and weekend bootcamps. Techvity rents laptops with your software and lockdown settings loaded on request, delivered in Bangalore and to institutes anywhere in India from our Bangalore centre.
Coaching economics call for flexible hardware: a Saturday batch of 60 students needs 60 laptops, but the same lab can sit empty on weekday mornings. Renting lets you pay for the days and batches the lab actually runs.
For certification exams, laptops can be set up to the exam provider's published requirements on request, and booking a spare laptop or two means a hardware failure doesn't cost a candidate their slot, which matters when re-takes cost the candidate INR 8,000-25,000.

Training Institutes & Coaching: frequently asked questions
Can you supply laptops for a weekend coaching batch in Bangalore?
Yes. Orders run from 5 to 100+ laptops. Tell us the batch size, dates and software, and we confirm availability, delivery and collection times with your quote.
Are your laptops suitable for online proctored and certification exams?
On request, we set laptops up to the exam provider's published requirements (for example a secure browser or lockdown settings) and test them before delivery. Tell us the exam provider when you ask for a quote.
What if a laptop fails during a live exam slot?
We recommend booking one or two spare laptops for every exam pool so a failed unit can be swapped straight away. Failed rented laptops are repaired or replaced under your rental terms.
Can you supply several training centres under one agreement?
Yes. We can invoice the parent company or each centre, as you prefer, and deliver to centres anywhere in India from Bangalore. For other cities, we deliver from Bangalore and confirm the delivery timeline with your quote.
Can I rent laptops for a permanent training lab?
Yes. Permanent labs can be rented on longer terms; the term and monthly rate are set out in your quote.
Are headsets, webcams and lab furniture included?
We rent laptops, monitors and projectors. Ask about accessories such as headsets or webcams when you request a quote; lab desks and chairs are not part of what we supply.
