Yes. Standard SKU is 100-unit weekend pools delivered Friday evening to your training centre and picked up Monday morning. Pre-imaged with the software stack you specify (typically VS Code, Office, Anaconda, Docker, AutoCAD or industry-specific tools). Daily rates apply.
Are your laptops compatible with Pearson VUE and Prometric exam delivery?
Yes. We supply Pearson VUE-certified secure-browser laptops with the required network configurations, USB-port lockdowns and webcam compatibility. Same goes for Prometric, AWS, Microsoft and Cisco proctored exams. Each unit is tested with a dummy run before despatch.
What if a laptop fails during a live exam slot?
We deploy 10% spare units to every certification exam pool. The proctor swaps to a hot-spare in under 2 minutes — exam time can be paused per Pearson VUE / Prometric policy and restored on the spare. We also provide a remote support engineer on standby during exam windows.
Do you support multi-centre training franchises (NIIT, Aptech, JetKing, Henry Harvin)?
Yes. We sign master agreements with parent franchises and supply individual centres on franchisee POs, billed against the parent GSTIN or franchisee GSTIN as preferred. Standard image and SLA travels across all centres so that the student experience is identical city-to-city.
Can I get a long-term lease for a permanent training lab?
Yes — many institutes prefer 24-36 month leases for permanent labs, with refresh at month 30. This reduces blended monthly cost vs short-term hire and locks in a stable image. Refurbished tier is available for cost-sensitive labs at 30-40% lower rentals.
Are headsets, webcams and lab desks included?
Headsets and webcams are bundled in language and remote-proctoring labs at a small per-unit add-on. Lab desks and chairs are not part of our standard scope — we partner with local furniture rental firms for that and can introduce you to verified vendors in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi NCR.
