A new hire's first morning should not be spent watching Windows updates install. Nor should a leaver's laptop sit in a drawer for weeks with company data on it. Both are small jobs that get skipped when everyone is busy.
We take both off your plate. New joiners get a laptop set up with Windows, your company's apps and settings, ready at their desk. When people leave, we collect the laptop, back up what you need, wipe it and prepare it for the next hire. We supply the laptops too: rented, refurbished or new.

Laptops leaving the company for good are wiped to NIST SP 800-88, with a certificate of data destruction.
Your standard set-up, on every laptop
- Windows 11 or macOS, updated, with the drivers for the model.
- Your company apps: office suite, browser, chat, VPN client and any line-of-business software.
- Email and accounts ready for the employee to sign in.
- Antivirus installed and updated.
- Printer and Wi-Fi settings for your office.
- Device details recorded in your asset list: model, serial number and user.

Where the laptops come from
- Rent: for interns, contract staff and projects; returned when the role ends.
- Refurbished: business laptops with a warranty of 6 months standard, extendable to 12 months.
- New: the model and configuration you standardise on.
- Your own: laptops you already own, re-issued after a wipe and set-up.
Questions about employee laptop set-up
Can you set up laptops before the employee joins?
Yes. Tell us the start date and role, and the laptop is set up with your standard apps and settings and delivered ready to use.
Do you deliver to employees working from home?
Yes, in Bangalore. Rented laptops can also be delivered to companies anywhere in India.
What happens to data when an employee leaves?
We back up what you tell us to keep, then wipe the drive before the laptop is set up for someone else. Laptops leaving the company for good are wiped to NIST SP 800-88 with a certificate.
Do we have to buy the laptops from you?
No. We set up laptops you already own as well as ones you rent or buy from us.
Do you set up MacBooks?
Yes: MacBooks as well as Windows laptops.
How is it billed?
Per laptop, or monthly under a service agreement, on a GST invoice.
